Product Display

This makes its "specific strength" (ratio of strength to specific gravity σb/ρ) better than many alloy steels, making it an ideal structural material, widely used in machinery manufacturing, transportation machinery, power machinery and aviation industry, etc. , skin, compressor, etc. are often made of aluminum alloy to reduce the weight. Using aluminum alloy to replace the welding of steel plate material, the structural weight can be reduced by more than 50%.

Longkang has 10 extrusion production lines (600-3500 tons), one automatic oxidation electrophoresis production line, vertical and horizontal spraying production line per each, and a variety of advanced supporting production, processing and testing equipments. There are also CNT digital control drilling and milling machine(CNC), double head saw, hydraulic saw and punching machine in our processing workshop. Q: What is the thickness of the anodizing? Can you do 12um?
A: Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can do 15 microns and above.
Q: What colors can powder coatings be used for? The thickness of the powder coat?
A: We can do any color for powder coating as long as you can provide color samples. Our usual powder coating thickness is 60-80um.
Q: What color can the wood grain be?
A: Our most popular colors are Western Red Cedar, Australian Cedar, Jarrah I, Jarrah II, Chestnut, Bush Cherry, Bush Wood, Western Wood, Snow Gum, etc. If you need any other color, we can provide the color according to you.
