7 series aluminum alloy
1. 7xxx series aluminum alloy.
Zinc is the main, but sometimes a small amount of magnesium. copper is added. Among them, super-hard aluminum alloys contain zinc, lead, magnesium and copper alloys whose hardness is close to that of steel. The extrusion speed is slower than that of 6 series alloys, and the welding performance is good. 7005 and The 7075 is the high end of the 7 series and can be heated.
7005: Extruded materials are used to manufacture welded structures with high strength and high fracture toughness, such as trusses, fittings, containers for transport vehicles; large heat exchangers and parts that cannot be solidly melted after welding; it can also be used to make tennis rackets and Softball bats and other sports equipment.
7039: Refrigeration containers. Cryogenic devices and storage tanks, fire pressure devices, military devices. Armor plates. Missile devices.
7049: Used for the same forged static strength as 7079-T6 alloy and requiring high resistance to stress corrosion and cracking such as aircraft and missile components - landing gear hydraulic cylinders and extrusion components. The fatigue properties of this part are approximately equal to 7075 -T6 alloy, but slightly higher toughness.
7050: Aircraft structural parts are made of medium and thick plates, extrusions, free forgings and die forgings. The requirements for alloys to manufacture such parts are: resistance to exfoliation corrosion, stress corrosion cracking ability, high fracture toughness and fatigue resistance.

There are also CNT digital control drilling and milling machine(CNC), double head saw, hydraulic saw and punching machine in our processing workshop.
