3 series aluminum alloy
1:3xxx series aluminum alloy.
Aluminum alloys with manganese as the main alloying element have good corrosion resistance and weldability, and cannot be heat treated and strengthened. Good plasticity. (close to super aluminum alloys)
3003: For machining parts that require good formability, high corrosion resistance and good weldability, or jobs that require these properties and strengths higher than 1XXX series alloys, such as kitchen utensils, food and chemical products processing and storage units, tanks for liquid products, tanks for liquid products, tanks for liquid products
3004: All-aluminum tank body, requiring parts with higher strength than 3003 alloy, such as chemical product production and storage devices, sheet metal processing parts, construction processing parts, construction tools, and various lighting parts.

1:4xxx series aluminum alloy.
Series with high silicon content, generally between 4.5% and 6.0%. They belong to building materials, mechanical parts, forging materials, welding materials, etc.
It has low solubility and is mainly used for dissolving welding rods and hard welding rods. In addition, due to the dispersion of Si particles, the alloy will have a gray skin film after anodization, and it is mainly used for the outer panels of buildings.

Longkang has 10 extrusion production lines (600-3500 tons), one automatic oxidation electrophoresis production line, vertical and horizontal spraying production line per each, and a variety of advanced supporting production, processing and testing equipments. There are also CNT digital control drilling and milling machine(CNC), double head saw, hydraulic saw and punching machine in our processing workshop. The complete technological process can benefit to reduce the production turnover times for semi-finished products, to avoid the damage during transportation, improve the production efficiency, reduce the cost of production,and to ensure the quality and delivery time.
