The method of judging whether the CNC machining of aluminum profiles is qualified:
1. Film thickness: In order to reduce electricity bills, save costs, and reduce oxidation time, bad merchants will lead to unqualified oxide film thickness and affect the corrosion resistance of industrial aluminum materials. The film thickness of aluminum profiles processed by CNC should not be less than 10μ.

3. The extruder is too old, or the CNC processing equipment is relatively outdated, which will cause the aluminum profile and the parts to be poorly matched, and even more unusable.
4. The thinner the wall thickness of the profile, the lower the cost. The qualified profile wall thickness needs to be measured with a caliper and cannot exceed or fall below the tolerance range, which is the so-called wall thickness unqualified.
