Aluminum profiles are aluminum materials with different cross-sectional shapes obtained by hot melting and extrusion of aluminum rods. The production process of aluminum profiles mainly includes three processes: casting, extrusion and coloring. Among them, the coloring mainly includes: oxidation, electrophoresis coating, fluorocarbon spraying, powder spraying, wood grain transfer and other processes. Aluminum profiles are aluminum rods with different cross-sectional shapes obtained by hot melting and extrusion.
1. Compared with other commonly used metals, aluminum profiles have lower density, lighter weight, and only 1/3 of the density of copper or iron, so there is no need to consider the required load-bearing capacity during use.
2. During the production process, the aluminum profile adopts two processes of hot and cold, and has strong corrosion resistance.

The company has the ability to develop and design molds independently, we can produce any extruded aluminum profiles according to your mechanical drawing or sample. Longkang has 10 extrusion production lines (600-3500 tons), one automatic oxidation electrophoresis production line, vertical and horizontal spraying production line per each, and a variety of advanced supporting production, processing and testing equipments. There are also CNT digital control drilling and milling machine(CNC), double head saw, hydraulic saw and punching machine in our processing workshop. The complete technological process can benefit to reduce the production turnover times for semi-finished products, to avoid the damage during transportation, improve the production efficiency, reduce the cost of production,and to ensure the quality and delivery time.
